Each item is marked with our estimated shipping time, please allow extra days for delivery. We can modify existing designs and convert to clip back / screw backs on most styles for an additional parts & labor fee. All gemstones and diamonds are genuine, gem quality not the commercial or promotional grades commonly found unless otherwise noted.
