Hours

Our office hours change seasonally. If you need to make personal contact regarding your order or have questions on an item, refer to our current business hours.

July through August summer office hours are by chance. The best way to reach a person if you have to ask a question or check on an order status is through email. Emails are monitored on a daily basis and will be the quickest way to make contact. You may email a call back number and we will reach you as soon as possible. Shipments will still be made 3 days per week throughout the summer with the exeption of posted vacation closing dates. If you have a deadline for your order please make a notation on your shopping cart orderform.

If we are with another customer, on the phone or otherwise unable to immediately answer a call, please leave a message with our voice mail. Your call is important to us but we can not return your call unless you leave a message.

Emails are checked through out the day and evening, we strive to respond within 24 hours to 48 hours (weekends excluded).
