E-mail addresses are retained and used only for update & special notices, they will not be sold to out side resources. Your address will removed from our list per request.
All antique, vintage & estate items are one of a kind, of limited supply or availability and are subject to prior sale.
Please note that ordering is now completed a shopping cart system. The shopping cart can be edited before your order is processed by highlighting and changing the item quantities or deleting items followed by clicking on the recalculate button at any time throughout your visit. If you have any questions there is an email link on all site pages for easy access.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, script & pricing errors.
After an order is submitted you will receive an automated confirmation that shows your order has been received on our system. We will contact you via e-mail within approx. 24 to 36 hours confirming the item(s) ordered & their availability along with the expected time of shipment. If you have a rush or next day order please email (or mention this in the comments / shipping instructions section on the shopping cart order form) to inform us of that the order is needed immediately. Choosing Expess Mail is only the mode of shipment and does not neccessarily get your order out our door any faster. We will do what we can to get your item by the expected date or let you know if it will not be possible. Orders submitted after 3:00pm Eastern time are not processed until the following business day. Orders received after 3:00pm Eastern time on Friday are not processed until Monday.
Payment in U.S. currency by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, money order or personal check (must clear bank before shipment 7 to 10 days). You choose your form of payment from a drop down list in the shopping cart system when your order is placed. Credit & debit card details are collected using a SSL secured server.
If you wish not to leave credit card information over the internet, you may select "call in info" as a payment option. Your order is still forwarded to us for processing and you may then call in your credit or debit card number seperately.
Credit card orders are only shipped to approved billing address and must pass our CVV & AVS security systems. Due to the rising rate of credit card fraud we no longer ship to a separate mailing address for security reasons. If you need us to ship to a different mailing address payment must be made by money order, cashiers check or check (must clear bank before shipment).
All items will be shipped U.S.P.S. mail, insured for cost of merchandise. We use our own insurance underwriter for all packages, United Parcel Insurance Company. The insurance is separate from the USPS postage and the added insurance fee does not appear with the metered postage, however be assured that your package is covered against loss or damage. Upon request other shipping services are available according to your needs and will be added to your total. International orders are welcome and will be shipped U.S.P.S. Air Mail small packet (insured to almost all coutries) or Global Express. In some cases shipping charges might need to be adjusted for large orders or heavy items but you will be informed of any changes upon confirmation of your order. We now have added more functionality to our shipping methods and the customer may choose at the time of purchase their preferred level of shipment. See our 'Shipping Rates Table' for a list of our shipping rates that will calculated based on the mode of shipment and total of your order.
RETURN POLICY: Customers reserve the right to return for 'any reason' 7 days upon receipt of merchandise for refund (item must be in original or unworn condition), minus the original shipping charges unless return is due to our error. The day stated on your delivery / signature confirmation from the Postal Service is considered the day merchandise was received and 7 consecutive days following that date is the final day for obtaining a 'return authorization'. All returns must be authorized and assigned a return authorization number prior to shipment, otherwise they will not be accepted and returned to you. This is very important and applies to everyone as we are now no longer approving returns without prior authorization. We will ask your reason for return to ensure the quality of our product. Any additional fees involved with the sale such as sizing are non refundable. Special orders (which includes some of the reproductions such as custom made pieces in platinum mountings), 'made to order' rings with certain stone choices that are deemed hard to resell if returned and jewelry that was modified by us per customer specifications from it's original design are non-returnable. The exception being manufacturers defects and order errors made by us. If you are unsure whether your reproduction will be returnable please inquire previous to ordering and discuss your selection with us.
Customers please don't abuse our return policy, we like every customer to be happy with their product and communicate with us upon receipt if there is any reason you are not pleased with your order. On non-returnable special orders we are willing to work with you on doing what we can do to resolve any issues. If you are not sure of an item please don't have us go through the work of custom making or special ordering an item just to 'see what it will look like', it helps if you have previously tried on similar items. We have been forced to modify our policy to reduce instances of abuse yet at the same time continue ensuring everyone is happy with their purchase upon reciept.
HOW TO SEND A RETURN: The buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance. Items returned uninsured are at the customers risk, therefore we recommend all items have insurance to protect you against loss or damage. It's best to send returns back in their original packaging and boxes, if this is not possible a small padded packet with a good cushion of bubble wrap will be sufficient. Fragile items that can be damaged should be boxed. Your return MUST be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization number written clearly on the front of package. When writing our return address it should only be addressed to 'Janeliunas', omit 'Jewelry' from our name to further protect your package against theft.
When the returned item is received in its original condition (with exception to manufacturers defects) a merchandise credit or refund will be issued within 2 to 4 days in accordance to your original form of payment.
Massachusetts residents please add 5% sales tax. If using shopping cart form the tax will automatically be added.
