ITEM # 2899     Vintage Art Deco Black Carnival Glass Beaded Flapper Bag w/ Tassel
CIRCA: 1920's
DESCRIPTION: A fabulous all original black carnival glass flapper bag / purse with draw string. The exterior of the bag is lined with rows of long & short tube iridescent black beads with 3 tiers of looped fringe, finished with a tassel. The original lining is black silk (?)with celluloid rings to thread the draw strings through.
MEASUREMENTS: 8" long by 2 1/2" wide with a 2" tassel.
CONDITION: Excellent.
NOTES: Near mint condition with only one loop on the fringe missing. An amazing looking bag with a lot of movement and iridescent sparkle
