ITEM # 2993-400    Sterling Art Nouveau Butterfly Wing Tourist Scene Brooch
CIRCA: 1910's
DESCRIPTION: Sterling silver floral Art Nouveau framed butterfly wing pin with trees and beach scene. Made as a tourist souvenier the Morpho butterfly wing jewelry was constucted out of sulfide glass cabochon which is reverse painted in polychrome enamel. Has a safety clasp closure. Stamped sterling.
MEASUREMENTS: 1 5/8" in length by 13/16" wide.
CONDITION: Excellent.
NOTES: No deterioration or flaking to the butterfly wing.
