Office hours change seasonally. If you need to make personal contact regarding your order or have questions on an item, refer to our current business hours noted below:

All online orders are processed on schedule as usual and there will be no interuption of online order processing/shipping other than posted vacation closings. Throughout the summer our office ours will be by chance: Our usual office hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm Eastern time Monday through Friday are suggested hours only. Please leave a clear voice mail message with a brief explaination of your call and call back number so we can return your call.

The best way to reach a person if you have to ask a question or check on an order status is through email. Emails are monitored on a daily basis and will be the quickest way to make contact.  For personal assistance over the phone please leave a call back message if we do not answer. During the busy times of the day we may be unable to take calls over the phone so please leave your information after the first call. Your call is important to us but we can not get back to you unless you leave a message. 

Emails are checked through out the day and evening, we strive to respond within 24 hours to 48 hours (vacations, holiday's & weekends excluded).
