Return Policy
 

Extended returns: Gifts purchased from Nov. 1st to December 24th may be returned until January 15th, 2016.

  • Our simple, easy terms for returns. Returns are accepted for any reason up to 14 days from date of delivery for all finished jewelry, blank settings & semi mountings that have not been customized, altered for customer's stone or special ordered. Jewelry parts, findings and supplies are 30 days. Return authorization must be noted on package. This gives plenty of time for the purchaser to know they are pleased with their purchase or not. You may try your item on and wear during this time as we know many beautiful stunning pieces of jewelry look just perfect in the box but when you wear it and go about your normal daily routines you find out the fit or the size and design will just not work out for you. Customers are encouraged to wear their purchases to insure their total satisfaction and never need to worry about not receiving the full refund due to 'restocking' or 'refurbishing fees'.
  • Item must be in original, unaltered, undamaged condition and not showing signs of obvious wear. The day stated on your delivery / signature confirmation from the Postal Service is considered the day merchandise was received and 14 days for jewelry & mountings/ 30 days for jewelry parts following that date is the final day for obtaining a 'return authorization'. A quick email or no pressure phone call is all that is needed to obtain your RA#.
  • All returns must be authorized and assigned a return authorization number prior to shipment. Once an RA# is issued returns should be promptly shipped back. Rush shipping is not necessary but we do ask that the return be post marked within the week following your issued return authorization. This policy is extended for holiday purchases when the extension dates are posted.

  • Merchandise Warranty - is lifetime against manufacturing defects. If the structure of your item fails due to a defect, it will be repaired or replaced as needed. This does not cover wear and tear, abuse or damage to your item from another jeweler or accidental causes.
  • Previously owned, estate and consignments are sold in 'as is condition'. We describe and note any wear or previous repairs to the item as best as possible, however where your purchasing an item that is antique or previously owned we can not offer any sort of warranty beyond your 14 days right to return. We will however make any needed repairs at our jewelers cost plus return shipping if you wish to use our services.
  • Orders in platinum, item selections noted as 'Special order' or 'non returnable' and jewelry that was modified by us per customer specifications from it's original design or set by us with a customer supplied gemstone are non-returnable. The exception being obvious manufacturer defects and order errors made by us.

 

  • Abuse of Return Privileges –   Multiple ring, ring setting and wedding band orders in gold may be subject to 25% restocking fees: If you must order two or more like items in gold there will be a 25% non returnable restocking fee on each of the returned items. This does not apply to one ring and one band orders or ring guard orders of two identical bands just multiple like items such as 2 or more different ladies bands, 2 or more settings, etc. in gold. Customers who are unable to narrow their selection down to one choice can order multiples in sterling silver as samples first if the maker offers the item in sterling. We can also assist you in narrowing down your options by emailing or calling us to discuss your choices. For multiple items ordered in gold, it is abuse of our easy 14 day return policy to order two or more with the intention of previewing or picking from one. Gold is expensive and most all of our reproductions are cast after the order is received specifically to keep a low inventory so that the savings can be passed onto the customer. Those who violate the spirit of our return policy by having excessive returns or order cancelations may be subject to limitations in which they will be notified.
  • If you are unsure whether your reproduction will be returnable inquire prior to ordering and discuss your selection with us. We like every customer to be happy with their product and communicate with us upon receipt if there is any reason you are not pleased with your order. On non-returnable special orders we are willing to work with you on doing what we can do to resolve any issues. Many of our items can be cast in sterling silver or a finished item may already be in stock if an item needs to be previewed prior to placing a special order. We have been forced to modify our policy to reduce instances of abuse yet at the same time continue ensuring everyone is happy with their purchase upon receipt.

 

  • Free Shipping Promotions - This promotion is only valid for sold or exchanged items and is voided by returns that require a refund. Returned items shipped using any applicable free shipping promotion is subject to the following: Returns of an entire order under any free shipping promation will have the appropriate shipping fee that was waived deducted from the refund. Partial order returns causing an order to drop the below the free shipping threshold amount, may have the appropriate shipping fee that was waived deducted from the refund.
