Description: A vintage style sterling silver heart shaped filigree cultured pearl, .04 cttw diamond and tear drop shaped pearl dangle earrings with a millgrained pattern. Each earring features a 4.0mm round and a 5.3mm pear shaped freshwater cultured pearl accentuated by (8) 1.0mm .005 carat genuine full cut diamonds. Diamond clarity is I-1, near colorless. Lever back ear wires. 

Measurements: Measures 1 1/4" including ear wires by 1/2" in width.
