Description: New, old stock of vintage light blue sunray glass. These Art Deco style sunray glass tablets have an opaque turquoise blue color similar to starburst crystals. Each tablet is hand pressed with an engraved top and center hole for a trim plate or stone accent. There will be a slight variation in color, size and shape due to edges being ground by hand. Made in Germany and were first made to imitate the look of the Art Deco rock crystal jewelry of the 1920's.
These stones work best in settings made for low profile, flat backed stones and cabochons. Used to repair and replace lost or damaged vintage crystals or to use in your own Art Deco reproduction jewelry. Sold individually.
Measurements: This 25x18mm emerald shaped tablet has a height of 3.6mm with a 1.9mm sized hole in the center.
